1. Is the process of purchasing and importing vehicles through Mochiron Cars Global difficult?
The process of buying cars through the Mochiron Cars Global platform is simple and transparent.
The client is required only to have basic knowledge of using the site: placing bids on auctions, sending requests for new or used cars found on classifieds, and making international bank transfers in US dollars (USD) or euros (EUR).
We take care of all other formalities:
- communication with the auction house or dealer,
- preparation of all necessary documentation,
- organization of transportation within the USA,
- loading a car into a container,
- customs clearance
- delivery to the country specified by the client.
2. Do I personally participate in real-time bidding when using the Mochiron Cars Global service, or does the company bid on my behalf?
When using the Mochiron Cars Global service, the bidding process is different from traditional live auctions.
This amount is confidential and available only to our company - it is not disclosed or visible at the auction until the auction begins.
During a live auction, we represent your interests and bid up to the maximum amount you specify.
- if your limit is, for example, $100,000, this does not mean that the car will be purchased for that exact amount;
- if the auction stops at $90,000, it is for this price that you become the owner of the car;
- you pay only the actual value of the winnings, and not the maximum bet that you specified.
You also have the option to increase your maximum bid up to 10 minutes before the start of the live auction.
This format of participation has an important advantage: it eliminates the emotional factor that often affects buyers during live auctions.
3. How accurate is the cost calculator on the Mochiron Cars Global website?
The calculator on the Mochiron Cars Global website is designed to provide a preliminary estimate of the costs of purchasing and importing a car.
- Freight may vary.
- Logistics within the USA.
- Final settlement.
Thus, the calculator gives a result very close to reality, but the final amount can change either down or up.
4. How to bid on a car on Mochiron Cars Global?
To place a bid on a car through the Mochiron Cars Global platform, you must:
- Find the car you are interested in from the USA using the search engine on the site.
- Create an account on the platform.
- Make a mandatory refundable deposit (refundable, used as a guarantee of participation in the auction).
After this the process looks like this:
- On the page of the selected car, you indicate the maximum amount that you are willing to offer and click the “Place a Bid” button.
- The auction takes place in two stages: preliminary and final (live).
- At the final stage, Mochiron Cars Global represents your interests, bidding up to the maximum amount you specify.
It is important to note that the maximum bid does not mean that the car will be purchased at that price.
5. Auction process at the auction house
The bidding process at an auction house is divided into two main stages:
- The Pre-Bid / Preliminary Bidding phase is a multi-day auction where the starting bid usually starts at $0.
- Live Auction - takes place after the completion of the preliminary phase and is fast-paced.
If your offer through Mochiron Cars Global exceeds the maximum bid made in the preliminary bidding, our team will represent you in the live auction.
6. What to do after winning the auction?
Once you win an auction through the Mochiron Cars Global platform, your bid status will change to “Vehicle Won.”
The final amount you pay may be less than your maximum bid.
Within a few hours of the auction ending, you will receive an email with transaction details: invoice number, exact amount due, and vehicle title.
Important:
- All payments are made in US dollars and are transferred directly to the Mochiron Cars Global bank account.
- In the comments to the payment, be sure to indicate the VIN number of the car so that we can correctly identify the payment.
- After the transfer, send confirmation of payment to your personal manager or to the company’s corporate email.
7. What is the commission of Mochiron Cars Global?
At Mochiron Cars Global, the commission is calculated as transparently as possible and depends on where the car is purchased:
- Purchase through an auction house (Copart, IAAI, Manheim, etc.) - the commission is 4% of the cost of the car.
- Buying a new car from an official dealer or through classifieds (Cars.com, CarGurus, etc.) - the commission is 5% of the cost of the car.
We fundamentally do not use fixed fees and do not include hidden commissions in logistics.
There is a loyalty system for regular customers: if you buy cars regularly and in stable volumes, the commission can be reduced individually.
8. What is the price of the car you have chosen?
The final price of a car that will be put up for auction cannot be determined in advance.
9. Offer for acceptance by the seller
After winning an auction marked “pending” or “minimum bid”, it usually takes up to 24 hours for the seller to respond.
All updates on the status of your offer will be available directly on the selected vehicle page and in the Auctions tab in your Mochiron Cars Global account.
10. Is it required to sign a contract before participating in the auction?
After registration, a personal manager contacts the client, who:
- confirms registration,
- specifies the selected tariff plan (Bronze, Silver or Gold),
- explains the procedure for working and participating in auctions,
- sends the contract to the client for signing.
Thus, the client always has an official document and a contact person in the company who accompanies all stages of cooperation.
11. Can I place bets on two or more vehicles at the same time until the first one is won?
Yes, a customer can submit bids on multiple vehicles, including similar variants of the same model.
In such situations, participation in the auction is carried out exclusively in real time.
Thus, the system allows participation in bidding for several lots, but control over the implementation of priorities is carried out through a personal manager, which guarantees the security of the transaction and eliminates unwanted duplication of purchases.
12. What should I do in a situation where several clients are bidding on the same vehicle?
The winner of the auction is always the client who made the highest bid.
Even if several customers bid above this price, the car will go to the one whose bid was the highest.
